The Project
The EcoEats Tool is a portable cutlery set, designed for everyday use, combining multiple utensils into a compact, foldable form with an integrated carabiner for ease of carry.
The Approach
The goal was to create a convenient alternative to single-use plastic cutlery. Inspired by multitools, the design prioritizes portability, ease of use, and sustainability.
A folding mechanism keeps the tool compact, while an ergonomic exterior ensures comfortable handling. By encouraging users to carry reusable cutlery daily, the design helps reduce waste from disposable utensils.
Materials
The utensils are made from durable stainless steel for long-term use. The exterior grip is constructed from recycled plastic rubber, providing comfort while reducing the use of virgin materials.
